Listening to Thompson having a little air time this morn on SEN. Most was , as his norm , a low key in control mantra. He comemnted on Prismall and Lonergan in the Preseason, Nathan,a few other things.A couple of interesting things though, he relayed when commenting on drafting kids, one never knows the full story.He said even with all the info they get, the Cats were suprised when one of the recent draft picks turned up with OP? Who could this be, Owen?, Gamble?

Owen is the only one apart from Varcoe that hasn't been playing...
Afraid it is none other than #31.
Shame. Was looking forward to seeing the boy early on.

Not another one with the dreaded OP! That totally sucks! I wonder if Geelong had of picked him if they had of known about it. :confused:

Where does this bloody OP come from, anyway? It seems like we've had a few players stuffed with it lately and it appears to be a relatively new problem.

on the footy issue, just a shocking injury that the young kids pick up.:thumbsd: hodge had it and they say he will never be able to do a full pre-season again in case of another flair up.:thumbsd:
