Anyone know what the word is on ling yet and how serious his injury is, we can't afford to lose quality players like him for to long.

The "sunburnt rooster" is pretty durable and whilst the club won't risk such a key player early in the season, I think we'll find him sniffing around come round one at skilled.
A couple of good weeks potting a few hens and pruning the feathers should rejuvenate the old ******** and see him fine in two weeks.
