Congrats to Jeff on playing his 200th game this weekend! He's one of my favourite players, and my kids love him. Here's hoping he'll celebrate it in style!

Congrats Jeff you superstar. I still think he should have been in WA Indigenous team of the century. Here's hoping that by the end of his career he'll get the kudos he deserves.

Well done to Jeff on 200 games. That said, the praise he recieves is not all deserved. He is rough and dirty, both on and off the field. Have you all forgotten he hit his girlfriend?
Oh my god wash your mouth out. Congrats Jeff on reaching the 200 game milestone.
Your work in the forward 50 is awesome.

Go Jeffrey Go, I have been impressed with his results over the last 2 years.
Congratulations!

Are you for real??
Jeffrey is one of the best things to happen to our footy club.
Gives more than his all each week. My girls idolise him.
I love the Wiz. One of my alltime fave Dockers. Just bought a new Jeffrey fridge magnet from the Freo shop tonight after training. The more the opposition teams abuse him, the more the umps refuse to give him free kicks - the more I like him.

Full congratulations.
One of the nicest blokes in the side, from first hand experience.

You have no idea what you're saying, unless you were in the court-room and saw the proceedings for yourself, thereby coming to this conclusion. :thumbsd:
FYI - BIG difference between battery (of which you seem convinced he has perpetrated, and common assault, which was the charge laid against him.
And if you think he's dirty on the field you are watching a different player to the one I am.

pp29 quite often seems to write inflammatory comments about our boys
it has been suggested before on other threads that he is a ringer not a true fan

But he is exactly right.

Big congratulations to The Wiz. At his best he is brilliant and a genuine match winner.
As for hitting his girlfriend, that can never be condoned. He wouldn't be the first person to do so (gulp!), and I hope that he has learnt from it. Unfortunately it will be a blot on his character, but it is in his past.
Regarding suggestions that he is a dirty player, I reckon that he doesn't give back anywhere near what he receievs. He is a targetted man because of his mercurial abilities, and because he has been tagged with having a fragile attention span when zeroed in on verbally and physically. Given that, I think he handles himself pretty well out on the field, against the dirty defenders he is consistantly asigned.

For starters I am not a he. Also I am a die hard Dockers fan, I live in a rural country town in Victoria and make the team known here. I love the Dockers boys but I am not going to be blinded because of it.
I can gurantee that if Farmer played for another club most of you would condone his actions.
I back up the Dockers on most occassions, but when the truth is obvious you can't hide behind it.
You are all quite happy to hang it on Cousins and co at the Eagles, so why not accept that everyone in our own team are not perfect?
yes pp29 i should have written he/she
and i don't condone physical violence against one's partner
what i find most suprising is that you consider jeff is a dirty player / has some dirty attributes onfield
he is aggressive when he needs to be (as are many others) & works very hard
but dirty is not an adjective that springs to my mind when thinking of jeffrey

Jeff has done some good things for the club and hopefully he can come out on Sunday and destroy the Hawks, but I guess it is Jeff's silly free kicks that frustrate me.
I think he can be dirty, but I suppose many classify it as 'aggressive'

Well done to Farmer on getting to 200 games he was my Favourite player when he was at melbourne. I still think he is underrated from a lot of people i hope he has another solid year.

I agree that Farmers had major anger problems in recent times. But I think a lot of fellow supporters believe that the best thing to do is give him plenty of support and encouragement. Not only has he had anger problems in recent years, he has had to counter many personal problems (death of family members etc.) aswell at the height of the ******** he has been copping from opposition crowds and players, and wanted to quit footy in 2004. He has got a lot of talent and a dangerous player and matchwinner. A lot of his non-goal kicking credibilities are consistently underrated. Like I said earlier he comes across as a genuine and nice bloke. I have dealt with him at training/supporters functions etc, more than most other Freo players.
