Im glad for 2 reasons:
1 - I tipped the doggies
2 - This may just be what Carlton needs to avoid being on the bottom in round 1. Surely we can stay within at least 100 of the Dees!:D (Also a good % drainer in the battle for the bottom 4)

I wouldn't be looking into tonights result too much. Early in the season last year it seemed like the Power would be destined to finish bottom 4, yet when it was all done and dusted they were only 14 days shy of defending their title.
Thank god it's over.
Now to load up the truck with manure. :D

I feel really sorry for Richmond supporters. They've suffered for so long and would have had really high hopes for this year only to be fed this crap. :thumbsd:

wouldn't read TOO much into it after round 1, remember that Geelong spanked the tiges this time last year and they bounced back nicely over the next 12 weeks until that whole brown-leg-snap thing.

The Dogs have suffered long enough too.
Every year some team gets smashed - well Richmond got theirs early.
This is Round 1 not round 20 - 22 - plenty of time to recoup for the year.
