She used to opening the bowling sometimes too. I smashed her for 24 runs in an over once and I copped a fair bit of crap for it.

She was trying to have a crack at Jake King, but apparently one of his mates told her that he wasn't sure whether she was a chick or man. I heard this from one of her school mates. Very harsh if true...

Any truth to the rumour Steve Hazelman isn't going to return to Traralgon but coach Morwell instead?
Where's that rumour coming from Roman Sandal?
No doubt he would hold coaching aspirations.
Where's that rumour coming from Roman Sandal?
No doubt he would hold coaching aspirations.
Both he and his brother are coaching material.
Brad Hazelman was almost named coach of Moe a few years back, and would have bought Steve, Matt Forys, and the rest of the Belconnen tribe that left the WGLFL for Canberra a few years back. Then Shep stepped up with a bigger offer.
It wouldn't surprise me, and he'd bring a lot of talent with him if he does.
Rod Tatterson to coach Sale???
Stuart Anderson to coach Heyfield????
Any thoughts?
bigpapagman
1 Oct 2007, 23:30
Anderson would be little bit good in that league wouldnt he?
He would be carrying a few years by now
youngsaint
2 Oct 2007, 13:54
He fairly dominates here with ball and bat.. But years are gettin to him now he will start doin less and less bowling

massive loss for the 'Gul. would go backwards if that happened....
yep and with the rumors of other players looking to leave it could be a lean year at tarwin street.
bigpapagman
3 Oct 2007, 14:52
Should merge with dusties......
were offered that 10 years ago.
declined.
now both clubs are struggling.

what clubs did they play for in the WGLFL?
centreman
4 Oct 2007, 23:53
Traralgon. Both played Gippy Power, Brad played Tgon VFl and in the 1998 and 1999 flags, Steve played in 2000. Then they played in three Belconnen flags in Canberra. Steve was All-Australian at country level, both played for ACT when the won the country champs beating VCFL in Bunbury.
Then they went to Shepp United.
Steve won the TAC CUp coaches award, 2 x TAC Cup team of year member, league b and f in Canberra, club b and f at Shepp United and in Belconnen. He was bog in the 2004 Belconnen flag. GVFL team of the year in the centre and was one of the youngestest coahces ever in the GVFL.

well my mail on matt gray is that he told ellinbank to shove it because they approached him only a day or two after warragul exited the finals.... so they went and appointed quake or who ever he is.... bad move there i think.....
when you posted archer i thought you ment that all three were linked to ellinbank, sorry mate, because ryan davey playing for ellinbank is obviously ridiculus.... and gilbert isnt playing there....

Just thought i'd weigh in with the first bit of off season news around the traps.Heard it today on good authority that ex -Hawthorn and Heyfield half forward Adrian Cox will be coaching Sale FC next year as hally has retired.I hope for the maggies sake that he has matured a bit in the last few years because he still would have a lot of good years in him at his age.Absolutely starred in the narrow loss to the Bombers in the 2001 prelim.Went off the rails a bit after that ,much like the club itself. We're back now though.

16 Oct 2007, 21:40
