How are they looking this year? Did any one see the game on the weekend against Old Carey. Easy win to the Blues from all accounts.

Monash Blues were solid. I do not know much about where they finished last year or where they are expected to finish this year as i am an OC's follower.
From an OC's perspective it was a fairly av. game. Windy conditions, playing a team a grade above, and going down by about 7-10 goals. Old Carey will still be one of the teams to beat in D1 this year in my humble opinion. Approx 10 players unavailable on Saturday who will line up in senior team round 1. Plus captain Parton only played 10 minutes b4 being sent off.
