Does anyone think a combined team aka Interleauge of the wrfl's best in under 18a would defeat the western jets.
I seriously believe they would come close if bashar was not at his best and lyons and lockwood were tagged

NO CHANCE you are kidding yourself. u/18's wrfl are no good, jets have alot more then 3 gun players, theres quaility there TAC is a massive difference to u/18 local footy, even a combined side. lol

I would still put my money on the Jets. As there is a gap of professionalism between TAC and local level. Just think of the extra coaching expierence, intensity, skill and fitness TAC clubs get compared to local clubs.
Good question though.

yer i guess so boys, the fitness and training in tac cup is a lot more intense though, i believe the skills some wrfl players have are equivilant but these boys just dont have things like speed, stamina, fitness, height, weight?

who would tag lyons and lockwood, lockwood is one of the toughest players in the TAC, not to mention can read the play exceptionally well and has good skills, prismall would also cause too much trouble along the half forward line, id say no because of the conditioning, strength and fitness wise
No chance in hell, stupid question and its based on one game, which they played against a very good oppostion.

Thats definately right, besides you are not allowed to tag in the TAC cup. Even though the jets have lost one game there are also five other teams who were defeated including the falcons by 61 and rangers 68. Why does everyone seem to jump on the jets at the first sign of defeat and not other clubs who have suffered embarrassing losses? I wonder

they would go better than most would think. alot of good players in the wrfl havnt ever got a look in at the jets system. the nicolaidies boys from sunshine where both worthy of a spot in the starting 18 last year but didnt even try out for the list.
Give a wrfl side the chance to. Werribee vs jets not saying werribee would win but they'd give them a good run for there money. It's not all about training as they say a team of champions will lose to a champion team. I reckon in wrfl level the team mates are alot closer and play for each other not for themselves. From what i've heard about the jets there's a few players who think there ******** don't stink maybe it's time they start doing the team things rather than there own thing??
