Don't get me wrong here, i was as pi$$ed off (if not more pi$$ed off) than any other Tigers supporter after Friday nights performance. But it has made me sick reading thread after thread since our loss about absolute dribble. There has been a 100% over-reaction toward the boys.
Threads have spread from 'Lets get rid of the entire list except Deledio' to 'Why did we choose TW over Eade". As far as i am concerned these threads are all Bull$hiyt. The fact that we have our own supporters doubting the players and coaching staff after 1 insipid performance is extremely frustrating and shows that people obviously are over-rating our current list.
I had expectations for this season and sure, one of them wasn't to lose in the opening round by 115points. But this is our club and we have to rally behind the club, not turn our fury toward it. For gods sake there are 21 rounds left. :rolleyes:
The fight aint over till you hit the floor for at least 10 seconds or get knocked over 3 times. We received our first knock to the floor on Friday night, but i think we are already back on our feet and ready for the next swing.........
