Can't see how this works because their summer conflicts with the Aussie one.

R12m SA contract for Warne?

Johannesburg - Speculation is rife that Australian spin wizard Shane Warne could play cricket in South Africa and coach aspirant bowlers before he retires.
Rumours have been doing the rounds the past few days that Warne is interested in ending his career in South Africa by playing two seasons for between R10m and R12m.
No one wants to confirm the rumours, even though cricket administrators are excited about the prospect.
South African cricket simply do not have the money to pay Warne and that is why this will have to be funded from outside this sport discipline.
The deputy chairperson of the local investment company Blue Label Investments, Brett Levy, says the agreement could possibly be concluded within the next two or three weeks.
Negotiations to get Warne to play in South Africa started about a month ago and have apparently reached a delicate stage.
A person involved in the negotiations says two of the countries most important sport sponsors have apparently indicated that they are interested to get Warne here.
It is not clear which team Warne will represent, but he will probably play in either Johannesburg or Cape Town. It is hoped that he will make a huge contribution by coaching youngsters, especially at the national academy.
It seems improbable though that Warne will turn down the chance to play in the Ashes series. Warne was a member of the Australian team that lost to Michael Vaughan's England side last year and he would be highly motivated to help win the series for his country at home next year.
This will be the crown on his star-studded Test career, but chances are good that Warne would still play top-level cricket afterwards. He said at a dinner in Johannesburg last week that he would continue playing as long as he could. That is why it is not such a far-fetched idea that he could perhaps consider his options in South Africa after the Ashes series.
