I've been waiting for someone else to write something. :D

Even though we've now got until the 21st to renew our seats, I'll get down to Moorabbin tomorrow to pay it. We're training at 11am tomorrow morning so I'll let you know how we train.

On memberships, I emailed the club and asked them to send me forms to my address over here, but so far nothing's appeared. What should I do?

Well I ended up sending the membership forms and money off in the mail today so I didn't get down to the club to watch them train.

You know I'm not exactly close to Moorabbin. :)

I did see on the news that Burke has re-signed for another two years which is excellent news. He's been training all pre-season so far when it was initially thought that he may not start training properly until after christmas.

Winmar,

I'd ring the club if you can. It might cost a bit but I don't know how reliable they are at checking their e-mail.

If you have a credit card you can buy the memberships through the website but I don't know how reliable that is either.

Hey Hilly, where are the dog & cat avatars???

Also I am not a maniac, it's not my fault that madness reigns!

Winmar,

Unless you're getting a reserved seat (and flying to/from Jarkata every fortnight), you won't have to worry about the December 21st deadline to renew your seat.

Doesn't really help you when you just want your membership I know. :)

By the way, are you still following Everton?

I'm right into the premier league now.

Incidentally I'm not sure if you know who I am. :)

Savatage,

When are you getting down to training to give us a report? :D

When I get an annoying hindrance named "WORK" out of the way for the year, I will try to get down to Moorabbin & provide you with a full report, detailing every players performance, fitness levels, updated heights and weights, updated player numbers, morale levels & coaching reviews. In alphabetical order of course.

Okay, not really! But when I get down I'll give you an idea of what's going on!

I've been riding my pushbike 25km a day for the last 6 weeks, and am as fit and strong as I've ever been, and although actual weight loss has been only 2-3 kg, there's a lot more strength, muscle and definition in my torso and legs. Looking at doing some running and sit-ups in the next few weeks, as I've previously been hampered by shin and back problems respectively.

Hey, don't complain. At this rate it's the only f***ing training report you're gonna get! :D :D :D

You're so full of **** Darkman....!

Let me re-quote you:

"Over a 6 week period (approx 42 days) , I have ridden my bike a total of 25km".

That's about 600metres a day. Any more & you'd be dead :)))

25km a day, I swear! It's to work and back, 6 days a week. Today I caught the bus to work, and walked home. Just for something different. :D

After much effort I've found a local gym offering a good deal that I may take up.

Next step will be me to make the long drive 5 minutes up the road to join up.

I'll need a few days rest before I do that of course.
