I was watching the recording of the Essendon League Footy Show and Pillios & the panel were spraying some bloke, calling him all sorts of names, I think the blokes name was Daniel Gauci. Apparently, he is from Lalor I]F.C and posts on Big Footy and was writing Pillios all sorts of crap. The Essendon show is on tonight on C.31. It was a fair spray to the bloke
Can he play?
Is there a Northern football show? they should get one a few people would watch it.
Morang do seem to have the wood over you guys the last 2 outings anyway. I was running around in the 2's but stayed and watched the 1's was a very competative game from both sides. Looked like waddles struggled a bit with injury is this correct? did not want to leave the goal square much. I understand it is all in good nature but some take it a little to far I think. I think morang are starting to put a pretty good team together there are a few players that did not play with us last yr so give them time to gel and I think you may see us scrap into the top six.
Yes Waddles was struggling with an injury, Benny Gill as well, Also Cam Elmore injured during game (Three quality talls). Already went into game without A.Knee, M.Bandera, W.Pretty (three more quality talls), Clint Monger (06 B a F), so fair to say that if we were going to have a dirty day v Morang was going to be it. Couple, maybe a few back this week but possibly a few missing, will be another test for us.

Not to my knowledge, a few of the heads on here should get it up and running.
Hey how about using the newer NFL threads and letting the DVFL threads drop out of sight?

If Tess looks like that image, I'm off to the northern thread. 1st division only. Come over FIG you goal kicking machine.

Tess is SMOKIN;) I'm there for sure... I'm all for a Northern Divvi 1 forum:thumbsu:. I'm sick of hearing how 2nd division teams two's sides are travelling. Lets get a forum up to talk more about the Premier division in the comp.:D

If it is good natured then it is fine, but had a brief chat to a female Morang supporter after the match, and apparently it did get a bit personal - so probably not acceptable. Although we did cop a fair mouthful from close range from that Fraser bloke as we were walking off, so i'm sure it happens both ways. We did have some players who went and had a chat to Ron (and Pete) from their time at the club, so he does have the respect of some Lower people.
As far as resting players, that wasn't the case. We had two out injured, another who is trying to get into Fire Brigade and it just so happened the entry exam was on that arvo and another missing for personal reason. It was unfortunate they were mainly key position players. If we were being cocky and resting players, there were another 2 who shouldnt have played. But full credit to South Morang. The game was there to be won, and they wanted it more than we did, which was disappointing for us.
We're certainly not taking anyone for granted by resting players. We realise how much the finals series favours the top two, so im sure we'll be doing all we can to secure one of those positions - and Saturday's result has made it a lot harder for us.If getting called soft as butter because your jumpers are mostly yellow is copping a fair mouthful from that Fraser bloke it's no wonder you blokes choked again against Morang. It's obvious Lower can't handle pressure and as for Big Ronnie thanks alot guys for treating him so poorly thus sending him our way as he is a fantastic coach and an even better bloke who the whole club gives their all for every Saturday. Maybe thats the difference between collecting the 4 points.

Bundoora are definately the side to knock off Heidelberg. I went and had a look at the game today bunnies had unbelievable run and fit as looked like they could have played twenty quarters. Heidelberg will go through undefeated to get knocked off in the granny. Mark my words. I'll just add Vinnee coached exceptionally well looks like hes started giving opposition sides the respect they deserve. I are'nt a bundoora suporter i follow the mighty Panthers i thought we would beat greensborogh by one hundred points today just shows you no matter how many recruits you get if the side does'nt gel theres no easy points.
