Possible line up:
B: Thornton Livingston Carrazzo
HB: Walker Whitnall McGrath
C: Simpson Bentick Scotland
HF: Houlihan Waite Koutoufides
F: Betts Fevola Lappin
R: French Stevens Murphy
I: McLaren Sporn Saddington Chambers
EMERG: DeLuca Teague Blackwell
IN: Saddington
OUT: Deluca
Would like to see Saddo debut for the blues against former side. Might give him extra motivation. Tempted to debut Kennedy but too much of a risk with his shoulder and the hard TD surface. Give him another game or two for the ants. Prepared to give Chambers another go but could be his last chance. And DeLuca just has to go! I think a forward line with Fev, Waite & Kouta as focal points with Houlihan, Betts & Lappin providing the crumbs could really provide headaches for Sydney's defence. As for our backline, I would place Walker on Goodes, Thornton on O'Loughlin & give Livo first crack at Hall with Whitnall cutting off any leads. I think we are a big chance in this one. Blues by 15 points:thumbsu:
Not a bad change, just the one, but there is a chance Lappin won't come up. Assuming they don't risk Lappin, i'd make the following 2 changes
In: Saddington, O'Hailpin
Out Lappin (Inj), DeLuca (Dropped)

umm, id LOVE to so ohalpin play but he wont.
Against coburg he was hit behind play and came off struggling to breathe. From what i heard "dont quote me" he might have broken / bruised ribs and will miss a few weeks.
Id like to see Bannister and Teague come in. They dominated in the VFL specially Bannister in the midfield, whose disposal was A class.
Possible line up:

C: Simpson Bentick Scotland
HF: Houlihan Koutoufides Bannister
F: Waite Fevola Lappin
R: French Stevens Murphy

EMERG: Wiggins, Chambers, Sporn
IN: Teague, Bannister

so hope we wont have any injuries, do we have any indefinint? meaing out for the season or are we got all players playing bar fisher and a few with minorish injuries to just keep them out 1- 3 games
with the speed of the Game no wonder theres so many injuries
Afl needs to slow it down just a tad,
ins o'hailpan ,Bannister
out fisher , non other yet
Need more consideration to our forward line. We were killed across half forward. Kennedy or ohalpin need to come in.

The way I see it we may as well play Livo on Hall from a 'game theory' perspective, not because he is going to stop him!
Let's face it - Hall kill's us every time! In all likelyhood he is going to kick 5-6 no matter what so we may as well stick our least effective (attacking wise) backman on him so we don't lose anything coming out of the back end. Whitnall can play the floating role without having to worry about stopping Barry.

On the footy show Bannister and O'Hailpin come in.
Brayshaw said Waite and Simon Wiggins have injury clouds.
I think he met Lappin.

Also, Teague was named on an extended bench. Bannister will definatly play O'hAlphin is doubtful.

Dropping Livo for Teague doesn't make sense and Waite has to be a late withdrawal. :(

Why will Waite be a late withdrawal? He managed to finish the match with the injury. Also, is that official or just speculation?
kennedy should definitley come in. Has been playing really well and although ohalpin has earned a spot is not playing as well as kennedy.
Shoulder is good to go, no point in wasting him in the magoos, just as likely to get injured in the magoos as the seniors.

He's under a injury cloud but looking at the makeup of the Swans' side we might not need Livo after Thornton's and Whitnall's games on the weekend.
Will Teague match up on O'Keefe?

Kennedy isn't listed as an emergencies so will you pay the fine for bringing him in as a late change? :p :D

The Blues have some injury concerns leading into the match with Jarrad Waite (quadriceps) and Matthew Lappin (groin) picking up injuries in last week's 15-point loss to Fremantle.

"We think Matty (Lappin) will play, Jarrad Waite not so sure," Pagan said.

Just because they've been named doesn't mean they'll play. Have to see how they train today.
