I don't know if anyone read the sporting life today but gilly has taken matters into his own hands in regard to the stump microphones being swithed on for long periods of time. he is using it to promote his sponsors which is very amusing. comments like "get one for the boys at travelex".... or "phone home on 3 mobile" and the best of all after roy threw one in to him "that's the one roy"... "plenty of energy... from a... Milo energy bar".
this has resulted in the microphones not being used as much. Top stuff gilly ahaha.

Oh hang on it was made against Bangladesh, this board has the most ridiculous double standards its amazing, before this series, nothing against Bangladesh counted, and now the Magical Australian cricket team play them and suddenly everyone drops everything and its the best thing ever. ********ing moron. How about you care to answer the question on why these ridiculous double standards occur for the Australian Cricket team, or are you going to be like a lot of other posters on this board, and let the hard questions got through to the keeper?

thanks for the link, but some advice... i saw the article in the age... i don't have access to the age articles... so i couldn't find the link, hence why i covered all the funny comments.
also 144 is a handy knock irrespective of who its against...
Gold of Gilly's running commentary... All he needed to do was to do a couple of Tony Greig style ads... Eg Captain's Knock or something like that... Only 10 easy payments of $50...

Yeah and its even more dangerous when used less which Warney does
Fact is leg spinners hit the stumps alot less than a pace bowler, especially our attack which got most of its wickets bowled or LBW and yet the Aussies were still leaving them :p
