i dont think that Robert Walls could be more bias to you lot. If your team had heard of manning up you could have won.

Thanks for coming and sharing your extensive knowlege of football with us!
At least Carlton selected the right player in the PSD and put their faith in young midfielders when the option was there to re-draft him. ;) :) :thumbsu:
Now p1ss off back to the scum's board and work on a clash jumper!

Another quiet Saturday night at home?
You poor lonely soul.
Obviously you are bored with those you ritual acts of "self pollution" you partake in on a nightly basis.
Go and drink the Adelaide water.

When the siren went, I was disgusted with Sydney's tactics.
However the drive home made me realise that Carlton were the ones making Sydney play like that. There are 18 people on the ground for each side, couldn't a Navy Blue jumper stand next to a red and white one?

How is that related to a scumbag walking out on a club because he's weak and too gutless to lead?

i was just telling u where u went wrong, ur the one that attacked campo and whatever else. good luck against the hawks
Haven't been to a Sydney game for a couple of years and I just realised actually how boring they play!!
Don't go on the decent scoreline, that was only because a burst in the 3rd quarter, other time it was just chip chip chip.
The whole stadium was practically booing the Swans towards the end and even during the middle, very very poor.

No, you accused Fevola of being inconsistent and stated that he wouldn't be missed for the next few weeks. That's bulltish after the form and attitude Fevola has demonstrated in the first three rounds.
Campo forever deserves a blast after walking out on the club and opting to "take the money and run". After 200 plus games for Carlton and only 2 for Essendon I think I'm well within my right to attack the guy.

One of the few times I have wanted your blueboys to win a game, apart from collingwood games. How bad can footy get, Swans are ruining our once great game.
I also think that if Fevola gets rubbed out its absolute rubbish, at the worst it was careless. Maybe they should have awarded a 50m penalty with the freekick.

Simply discussing the game from last night :)
Although it may have been a bit 'boring' at times I found it overall very fulfilling.

P1ss of Gets!, how is saying "Sydney defeated Carlton, has a very nice ring to it" discussing the game? Why don't you get back on the Adelaide board and keep that whinging up about how unfair it is that young Bryce might not be a Crow next year. You're a peanut!!

What I meant by that is that although it may have been not your preferred style of play, Sydney got the four points.
Surely you would rather the 4 points, than playing a brand of footy that your opposition supporters respect.

For the record, I was pretty disgusted with our display last night. The fact that we took 4 points was the only positive i could take out of the game. That may have been the first time I didn't sing the song after a win. Don't assume that swans supporters like the way our side plays all the time, but at 0 and 2 we needed the confidence that 4 points brings.
The problem is that the so-called honourable football that everyone wants to see is just dumb football if you bomb it to situations where you are hopelessly outnumbered. I would actually prefer to have us go the long bomb on a few more occasions given who we have down there but not when there are 13 opposition players in D50.
MTFU!!!!

Read my posts again, they make perfect sense.
How is Bannister going btw?
He's going better than the players we gave you for him. Matthew Allan and Justin Murphy are playing great footy for essendon at the moment aren't they? At least Bannisters still in the system you idiot.

Bang on. If we didn't flood, they wouldn't chip the ball around. Why would you if you had O'Loughlin, or Hall on a lead. The fact is they waited until a hole in our flooded defence opened up and took advantage of it, using pin-point delivery. It's no accident they won a premiership.
Our basic problem is that we couldn't manufacture matchups which allowed us to go man-on-man. Losing Waite before, and then Lappin during the game really restricted the coaching box's options. Our spare player seemed to be a ruckman loitering around the centre square. What if it had been Lappin? His creativity would have tipped the game our way. And Deluca at CHF? Yikes (although he was OK early). Would Roberts-Thompson been left alone all night to mop up if Waite or even Kennedy had been in the forward line? I doubt it. Plus O'Loughlin was a problem all night - he's just so quick off the mark, and deadly near goal.
At least we didn't just bang it long like we did against Geelong in the NAB game. The guys showed some smarts and, aside from some execution errors, generally made intelligent decisions with the ball. In most respects, our fate was sealed Friday morning when it was apparent that we would be missing a true CHF. A great effort by the guys to almost steal the game.
