This young lad has talent, is a star in the making, lets keep this thread up and running to talk about this guys development. Cannot ask much more from a first year player, lets praise the young lad for becoming part of our club! :D

Totallly diff players imo.. Murphy has got some 360 vision woot..lets hope hes like diesel(but hes way faster:D ) got fev with some nice passes tonight.unlike most the team--he can actually hit a target:thumbsu:
Deledio ran away from Judd and he had the ball....wtf.how fast is that ********.
I am absolutely extatic with Murph. He has exceeded anyones wildest expectations at this stage. He has no right to be playing the way he does soo early on into what we hope will be a long career with the blues. His poise and balance for a first year player and next to none.
Im wraped he's a blue boy and Im sure he will only get better from here.

Wow, I expecting him to be serviceable at this stage. I didn't expect him to be our top posession getter or be influencing matches already. Damn this kid is good.

18 years old, still has a lot of physical development to do, yet he gets into the clinches and knows he is about to take a hit while getting the ball out, but he gets it out regardless. Fearless.
Where are the concerns about his kicking now? His disposal was beautiful last night. Must have been just picking up the tempo previously.

What a champion this young man will be such poise, balance, skill and hardness at the ball and only 18 years old, wait until he is 23 and built up. Fevola must lick his lips when he looks up and sees Murphy with the ball in his hands what a magnificent user of the ball. With Murphy, Bentick, Simpson, Carrazzo and Eddie Betts we have found the resurection of the mosquito fleet well and truly, in 3 or 4 years they will make up the most dominent midfield unit in the AFL there skills and poise are sensational those goals from first Simpson who rarely misses when inside 50 and then AB from the opposite pocket lifted the roof off the Dome and that 1 handed pick up balk break a tackle and hit Fev lace out from Murphy was the stuff wet dreams are made of, Eddie Eddie Eddie what can you say about this young man hard tough fast never stops chasing and to think someone on this board, can not remember who, had the audacity to call this outstanding young man LAZY do you believe that ********, hits the ball at full speed like no one else in the league, caused numerous Sydney turnoveres with his pressure in the forward line, just a great game from a 19 year old young man. Well done to the mighty midgets they just get better and better every week.:D :thumbsu:
Very very impressed with Marc Murphy, someome who I had read alot about, but had never seen play. Just a class act who will hopefully have a long and successful career with the Blues.

How good is this guy. 3rd AFL game and already getting tagged. Still managed to get the highest possessions for Carlton. Carlton you are turning the corner.
Geez, he's one of our top players already, his passing was great to watch last night especially when he kicked to Fev. He goes in hard, gets the ball heaps and uses it well, what more could you want of a midfielder let alone a first year player!

I can't wait till footy is back on Seven so Bruce can call him "special".
Cause he is.
