It seems that from the first three rounds, we won't have a consistant forward kicking 40-50 goals but we will have a forward stand up in each game and sharing the goals around.

Round 1- Cox, Embley 2 goals
Round 2- Staker, Graham 3 goals
Round 3- Sampi, Embley 3 goals.

Embley kicking 5 goals from the midfield/forward still in my opinion rates him the best chance of us having a 50-60 goal kicker this year.

We wont have a high ranking goalkicker because our forward line seems to change every week. We rotate a few different guys through full forward and such. But as long as we get the nucleus of Graham, Staker, Sampi, Lynch etc consistantly producing, with the support of the midfield and the likes of Hunter, we should be okay.

I agree that Embley does have the potential to have a big goal kicking year if he spends more time forward. His finishing is superb.

Still prefer having a foward kicking 4 goals a game regularly. That would be ideal. However we don't have anyone who looks as if they are likely to do that at the moment. If rotating players through the forward line gets us the goals we need to win the game then that is okay.
