Injured his calf playing for Bendigo on Sunday in his first game back.
3-4 weeks away.

he is a good player but its got me stumped why we would pick up a player that was in such bad form with collingwood it pis*es me off how sheeds always seems to do that.

Finals and GF experience with big potential still, Sheeds believes he can turn him around, I'm all for it

I think we're best off reserving any sort of judgement until the mid-season break.

Hard to make a judgement when he cant get on the park. He SHOULD have been in better preseason condition. I also think his connection to Beverley Knight is worrying as well. I would have preferred the draft pick and used it on Danny stanley, Andrew Swallow- two tough FIT footballers or taken a punt with Beau Muston or Matt White. Time will tell what the correct decision is.

I think Stanley went before the Cole pick, but I agree on Swallow.

You're right. Stanley and Muston went before the pick. I just cant figure out why swallow went so late. He reminds me a lot of Stanton. He even has questionable disposal by foot. I am really interested to see how swallow goes this year. I cant believe we overlooked him.

I don't know. He was overlooked the previous year when he was expected to get drafted. He will be interesting to watch.

dont make jusgment on cole until next year if he makes it that far. I remeber seeing mcphee the first year at essenon and thinking what the?

Type of player who if he wants to be good, he could be...just doesnt want 2 most of the time!
