The much maligned, Mathew Lloyd.
Hardly maligned. Anyone who knows anything about football knows he is one of the best forwards players in the comp and his loss is a potentially crippling blow to Essendons finals chances. He does get more than his fair share of free kicks but if they keep giving it to him that's hardly his fault.

Well we'll soon find out won't we?
Besides I made that statement when it seemed like it was just a four week injury at the most. They'll struggle without Lloyd.

Good footballer - pity about all the diving and staging though. Brings him waaaaay down in my estimates.
Wonder if the hamstring injury will prevent him from trying out for the Beijing Olympics? ;)
