I see Adelaide have prepared a Noah's Ark. We're still playing like crap but it's made worse going inside forward 50 to be greeted by 10 crows to 6 Freo players.

well you must be moving the ball too slow then. cleaner skills and better ball movement and you don't have a problem

Weakest effort I've seen in 5 years from Freo at this moment. Slipping back into old patterns and last weeks win already seems so insignificant.

I acutally like you guys. Ian Perrie is my fav player,but not tonight, not playing like this. Plus, when the umpiring seems so biased it makes you go for the team thats getting screwed over.

don't be a clown, think about it. you're chipping it about, moving the ball slowly, which lets us get numbers back AND stream forward from the turnover. if you weren't so sh`t you wouldn't have this problem.
you're just lucky we're kicking crap, otherwise you'd be pantsed already.

1. Last time I checked flooding equals bad and all that's wrong with this great game
2. Yes. But you're still shirking the issue that flooding is still bad
3. Anyone can switch the main focus of the conversation to suit there needs, but to be condesending when doing so is just being a prick
4. You're playing all over us at the moment anyhow and we suck and it's so goddam anooying to watch us slip back into old patterns i don't know how I'm sane. This is just that upsetting to watch us basically kill ourselves whenever we start looking good I'm on the edge of just giving up watching

Will be interesting if all the traveling to effect the Crows in the later stages of the last two quarters.
I wouldn't write the Dockers off yet but they have to find a better way to goal as they have only kicked 3 to half time.

Surely you mean Freo flood.
Adelaide started the game free-flowing & scoring readily, with quick movement of the ball. By half time Adelaide were 28 points ahead. Freo had to stop that, so Freo flooded. And after half time, that flood began to work for Freo.
Adelaide's response in that situation was to use the "tempo" game. Other than using the tempo game, Adelaide don't do too well against a good heavy flood, like Freo were using. The tempo game stopped Freo scoring (just as freo's flood stopped Adelaide scoring).
If Freo wanted to break up Adelaide's tempo game, all Freo needed to do was abandon their flood and man up on Adelaide. Freo refused to do that, so Adelaide stuck with the tempo game for as long as Freo stuck with their flood. That turned out to be most of the second half. Hence the game that we saw.
Which tactic is the better footy, Freo's flood or Adelaide's keep-control tempo game in response? Well, to answer that question, we probably should look at which team it was who won the game ...
