Jack Langham played last season in the 16B's and wasnt good enough to get a game in the A's, yet hes still made the cut for jets!!!
bs he had a fight with the coach of a's
and charlie the coach is a tossa and didnt let him back in the side

altona's side after looking at posts is far from as star studded as what you blokes have been raving about, werribee i didnt think was as strong as that names such as bloomfield add alot to the side but he could be sharing a cell with another kid soon but lets hope not cause the kid can play and is a good bloke from my encounters with him, spotswood is half decent still no centre half forward or ruckman and if cassidy plays centre half forward they are in big trouble and brendan read is needed at fullback, willi's side isnt as bad as everyone has first thought jones will play most of the time in that side as im presuming from the last post he made the jets squad? maddison i think you need to relax, every time some one says something bad about an altona player your on here ranting and raving trying to be the fairy god mother, they are old enough to play 18's football im sure there able to cop a little bit of critisim on a football website dont you? relax a little you dont have to get your knickers in a not everytime something bad is said, let the football do the talking as you so effectivily told us in about a million different posts, lukey also wont be changing clubs he wont be leaving us folk at williamstown and it is pretty disgusting he'd get cut from jets yet ash jones stays on the list... can one of you jets blokes tell us the full squad list? and can anyone post what a hoppers side would look like?

lets just say u will make the jets side if you can run 3k under 11 mins...all they care about is playing athletes that might catch the afls eyes rather then winning games. if they wanted to win cames they would have blokes like kyrakedes and shields in the side

A few suprising decisions,
what are other peoples thoughts. who would you have in some of these peoples positions
its too hard to tell, but the jets have a theory that if the same questions were asked of you a year onwards, you are given the flick. I don't know how Luke had the chance to prove them wrong because he wasnt given much of a go in the first practice match, then copped a few hits in the second.
Zac Giles, has improved and should stay on the list if he were there last year.
As for the rest, i only have really seen Sims and Langham play.
Sims i believe came second in the 16a's comp bnf last year..
and Langham played 16b's at altona. I've been told this was what jack wanted tho, not what was made of it

umm well if u got em swapping off half back then works out reli well IMO. Both will play similar roles in the centre and if they swap they every 5 mins then they can work there arses off while in the centre before having a break. Culd work out reli well for willy

but in a side that lacks height and has a reasonable midfield even with him up forward wouldnt you think he would be valueable at chf aswell so we have some sort of an option to go to?

dunno, willo can play midfield...we got a few ppl that could step into the midfield and be able to leave butch at chf.
we can cover a midfielder but cant cover an option that butch will leave.

willo and butch used to rotate between midfield and chf with each other, but played deep out of the square along with stuey jones with blokes like nick jenson crumming and it worked decently well
nah adz has a point
speakin from experience ur best players cant be everywhere
so ur goin to be lacking in either area so hopefully u have the quality to fill the void

as i said let us worry about that. we have more than one good player jason. its not the butch show, we arent expecting him to carry our team
never said he was but with more weak links than in perivous years most of ur players will find themselves in unfamilar territory

as for the call about unfamliar territory it wont really be the case for alot of blokes, dumbleton spent all of last year down back has also played midfield and forward same as orchard, phillips and wood have played in a whole variety of positions and with different roles, read has played forward back and ruck, elliot has played midfield forward for years and is more than smart enough to float down back, houli is a fantastic shut down man as well as being able to find the pill himself, shaw has played all areas of the ground will take a while to settle back in however as he is coming back from a knee reco.. enough said about the versitility point
