at the moment i hear Blue's 'close' on MTV and they are on my worst group/song list
what are yours?
But they're sooo pretty...:p
I don't like a lot of bands/music, can't think of 'em now. But there isn't really any music I hate.

I don't think we'll hear from the worst band. ;)
I mostly play CD's from my own collection. The two radio stations I listen to rarely play anything I don't like. When they do, I switch off.
There are bands and songs I hate, but I don't know who the hell they might be as I've never attempted to find out.
I don't care much for Country & Western or Blue Grass music, I won't listen to androgynous alt rock, and I positively hate hip-hop rap. I supose that would be my answer.

Worst bands really in my view are the manufactured pop groups that get all the plaudits and success they dont deserve at all.
But the worst band cd i bought would have to be Psycore. They are a swedish nu-metalish band and they are absolutly shocking!
Worst song: anything of that album!

Worst band: Let's just say that TRAIN are an example of what's wrong with middle of the road FM rock.
Worst song: Y'know, after hearing the latest POWDERFINGER song (sorry, I can't remember the title....why would I want to remember it? It's not as if I'm about to race out and buy the thing), I tend to wonder if the Taliban had the right idea about banning music.

Anybody remember Roxus? Jeez i hated them, they were appalling, but had a couple of minor hits in the late 80's early '90's. One of the funniest moments of my rock concert experiences was seeing Roxus being booed off stage by the Hell's Angels at Broadford about a decade ago. "F*ck off back to the hairdresser you skinny little poofters". Laughed my ar$e off :p

Maybe the fact that you haven't heard of some of the stuff I like actually means that you are very limited in your knowledge and variety in musical tastes!
Maybe you're tunnel visioned and blinkered, and maybe ignorant too when it comes to different styles of music and bands, eh?
I can't help it if you haven't heard of much of the music I've mentioned on bigfooty, that's your problem egg not mine. In my opinion the band I dislike the most is Live, they're crap, and my most disliked song is Dolphins Cry, it's a crap song.

I'd have to say 'Around the World' by A.T.C. It's sooo annoying. And also i can't stand Bob the Builder either.
By the way, Blue are my new favourite boy band now that five arn't around anymore. I can't beleive someone would say they are the worst band :mad:

this is a tough one. For me I would ammend it to "least favourite" instead of worst, as it's all down to personal opinion. Hey, I might not like bob the builder, but I can see how the littlies might enjoy it. IMHO if even one person likes a song, or a band, that makes them valid as entertainers in my mind. I reckon that music and the arts in general is all about entertaining and who am I to tell someone how they should be entertained?
but getting back to the subject... Least favourite artists? Scandal'us (even bardot had a TINY bit of style, and were much more interesting).... any rapper under the age of 13... and countless live bands I have seen over the years. which brings me to an interesting point.... if a band/act has made it to a point where they release an album/single.. and record companies are willing to spend money on recording and promoting them... they can't be COMPLETELY bad can they? at worst, you might say that they are targetting a very narrow or specific audience.
Nova FM is flogging to death a techno remix of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck".
Disgraceful... :mad: sacrilege... :mad: I can't believe it's legal! :mad:

the worst band would have to be Hanson and the worst song would have to be anything heavy metal i cant stand that music.
I heard a shocker on VIDEO HITS this morning.The singer [if thats what she is suppose to be] is some 'Britney wannabe' named Shakira & the song was called "Whenever,Wherever".

Poofters? You may be right. Back in the "old days", Juno had a thing for wearing my high heels.........thankfully that union only lasted long enough to still be able to bring an ashamed flush to my cheeks at the thought. :D

Why I particularly disliked that song (there are lots of lousy songs out there) was because it was a virtual copy of the Monkees' original and yet it sounded 100 times worse.

any bits of annoyance like mambo No. 5, macarena and **** like that that is such the big novelty and its like 'get the f*ck over it already'. ohhh and that song by 'blue boy' which the title of escapes my memory at this time.

someone mentioned that thunderstruck remix thing. ohhh its SOOOO annoying. they play it like 200 times a day probably, its like if u put that station on youre nearly garunteed to hear it within 1/2 hour.
