Should Lonie_from_50 become a moderator of the BigFooty Medal/Gameday Board?
I think it's time I stop un-officially moderate this board and become the moderator of the BigFooty Medal and save my time, and time of others when something needs to be done. :thumbsu:

Yeah, it would be a good idea, seeing as you are running this show and you are a quality member of Bigfooty, it would be very wise.

No doubt at all that he should become a moderator, cannot believe he isn't already. Time he puts in is great, does all he can to ensure voters put in their votes and presentation of votes. player of week, team of week, rising star and things like graphics are awesome.
Well done Lonie if not for your commitment I seriously wouldn't have been arsed putting in my moves.

Yeah - definitely no problems here.
Excellent contributor who goes to extraordinary lengths for almost professional quality posts / contributions.
I've got no problems if he is a moderator or not.
I just wanna know what difference it would be made if he were to become a moderator from what is already on offer?
Frankly I am surprised you aren't a moderator of this forum already. I vote 'Hell Yes'.

Just errors that I have made over the course of the month with the polls is one thing (ie. Forgetting to make them public, or more importantly closed), and when I want them fixed I have to go through AA or others, aswell as, I would like to be officially moderating this forum, not un-officially, because it is a waste of time. I am moderating but not fixing the problems on here. It would be easier if i could moderate and fix this board without having to go through PMs and what have you to get the board up to scratch if something's wrong. That is my main point here.

Yep. Give Mike the job. :) :thumbsu:
DEFINATELY!! One of the most credible posters on BF and one of the most hard working as well!!
Yeah, makes perfect sense. LF50 gave birth to that baby (metaphorically speaking of course) so he deserves all the credit, AA do the right thing and make him the moderator :thumbsu:

Do you need moderating powers to run the Medal?

Do you need moderating powers to run the Medal?
I don't need moderating powers to run the Medal, as I have done it successfully for five weeks, but...Who is moderating the whole board? Appleyard or Lonie_from_50? I am clearly moderating this board, yet when a problem has risen then who fixes it? A: Fred or Appleyard...but, that problem wouldn't be fixed as they don't know what is going on. I am making the calls, but I can't implement them. It takes more of an effort from myself by notifying them if there is something that is appropriate to do, and then again, they lose time by fixing it. It makes the world of BigFooty easier.
That is my main point.
Has AA made his inevitable decision?

I don't know yet. He hasn't replied to a PM , apparently isn't replying to any PM's, as Cassius said he didn't reply to a PM.
I did find out their is a Mods Board, so hopefully it is in discussion ;)

its not really the one task but the "quality of the task" and time put it that should really count. seems to make a whole lotta sense making lonie50 a mod, ultimately making ur job a whole lot easier.

Poor decision. LF50 deserves it. His posts on all boards are quality and doing a great job on this board.
