Played a solid game on the weekend. played a fair few games now but has snuck under the radar. loves to kick the ball long but lacks composure. do u think he will be a good long term player for us?

Yeah i think he will be a good long term player for us barring any injury. He has great pace and a beautiful kick even though missing some goals from 50, but i like seeing him take those risks and have a shot. He is important to the team, he pumps the ball in long and puts the opposition backline under pressure when he pumps it in rather then us always looking for a williams lead.

Just needs to back himself and let his ability take over. He seems to try too hard when he kicks from 50, just needs to let it happen as we saw Wells do.

Will be a very good wingman in my opinion. He has good hands, makes space well, and delivers long into the forward line.

North worked out our game of overdoing handpassing in the first half and they counteracted it by going long down the corridor which clearly brought undone our style of play.

Clinton is one player who can long-bomb the ball, a-la, North. Hence, he is a very important player for us. Others can learn from him.

And this comment begs the question. Was it Clarko's game plan to take on North by a pattern of handballing so much in defence? If it was he had better change this stupidity as it becomes so predictable as North worked it all out and had our measure in the second half. Besides our handball (basketball) style of play is absolutely ridiculous, IMO.

Clinton Young will be a great player in years to come, he has a booming kick, is quick and doesn't mind goin in for the hard ball.
He could easily have kicked three on the weekend.
We have a player in this young man.

Clinton Young reminds me a little of Shane Crawfords first few years in the AFL. Classy wingman that slips under the radar and can hurt you. He seems very quick as well which will be good for us.
