As bomber supporters would you consider trading him. I would love to get him to the demons and feel he has run his race at the bombers. Who from melbourne do you think would be an acceptable trade?

We'll throw in Bolton as well. You could have Nicholson, Henneman and Bolton on your last line of defence.

i cant believe an opposition supporter would even contemplate taking henneman, i would be happy if we got a 4th round draft pick for him. I just want him to leave so i can wear my number 3 proudly once more. i doubt anyone would take bolton, im sure we tried to trade him last year.

the only clubs that would take them would be those that are within striking distance of a premiership and would need them as back ups.

Whoa, I wouldn't take him, he'd be like another Nick Smith...What a star *sarcasm machine explodes* Seems like its a shame that he wears #3 at a club where that number is held in such, such high regard
...
Give it to Andrew Welsh! I have the same birthday as him, so I have a soft spot

Is Aaron Henneman seriously still on your list? Isn't he the guy whose played about 40 games and has been there 9 years, or something?

58 games, this is his 8th season.
McVeigh has played 126 in that time, Rama 111.

Henno, he's the Essendon version of Tim Walsh and Peter Street.

almost it has been 6 years he actually looked a promosing defender in 2000, maybe we should have traded him then when we actually would have got something.

Andrew welsh isn't worthy of number 3 althoug he is better then henneman and ryan o'connor.

knowing sheeds he will give it to ryder next year---ugggh he better develop into a hungry footballer that will dominate.

Henno, he's the Essendon version of Tim Walsh and Peter Street.ha, good old Kramer! Actually, with the demise of Darcy and Minson, Street has actually developed into a reasonable tap ruckman. He's not Jeff White, but he dominated against the Saints last week..... As for Tim Walsh, utter frustration!

Street is the same age and played less games than Henno.

Henno went alright in 2001 because he was settled at CHB. Had he not got injured he would have played in a GF in that position.

But like Street he struggled for an opportunity, but as Street has proven if you get the chance to play a consistent level of game time in the one positions, you can improve. Injury never gave Henno that opportunity.

Especially seeing he requires more shoulder surgery that will keep sidelined for the rest of the season. Surely Sheedy couldn't keep him on for another season. Although the same thing was being said last season.

The way Sheedy thinks, I wouldn't be surprised if Aaron will be given another year. After all he didn't get a chance this year due to the shoulder injury, so Sheeds will still have the faith.

Has clearly never had the time to settle in one spot, he has allays been filling holes for us, its sad becuase he's had so much talent...his 1999 season in the reserves was awesome, but it think its time to part ways with him, has just had too many injuries and we cant fit him in anywhere.
