Guys..

Was wondering if you could let me know how Brad Scott is going. Did he just get back from injury did he? Do you reckon he's likely to keep playing in your outfit?

yeh i think he strained his hammy against geelong in rd 1.
to be honest i have probably hammered both the scotts with criticism that they are too slow, and not part of our clubs future.
Having said that, at times against Sydney he seemed one of the few cool heads out there.
It is just a matter of a balance between thinking of the future, playing the quick young guys, or keeping some of the older guys just to help teach and support the young guys as they come along.
I reckon they should play him the majority of the rest of this year, but i just cant see him playing next year.
Chris looked ok last year actually, but hasnt been able to shake off injury since.

Brad actually played in the 2's at Carrara when we played Essendon but did his hamy at training the following week. His 1st game back was the week before last in the 2's against Mt Gravatt Vultures in the AFLQ, where he was one of our best onfield. He was definitely up with them again against the Swannies. Chris has had other problems occur since the hip op - his preseason was going so well. It's really a shame.
