Hi Everyone. Thursday 18/05 we are going to have dinner at the Hyde Park Tavern so members of Big Footy can come along and meet other posters and especially Dreamkillers who is here on holidays from Darwin.
He would love to have as many members as possible come along and introduce themselves.
Let me know if you would like to join us by leaving your name below and how many will be attending with you.
We will probably book in for 6.30pm but could change it till 7pm if the majority would like it then.

Count me in (and wife), got to welcome our friends from the Top end supporters group. :D

For those of you that have never been to the tavern before, Thursday night you will be able to see and talk to the Power players that part own the tavern.
Come and say hi to Chad, Dewy, Tredders, Franchou and if you are lucky Matty.
Should be a good night and a chance to say happy birthday to Paralowie Power who turned 35 today and Troy Wingate who is 20 come Friday.
Dont forget, I need to book the table tomorrow night so let me know if you are coming. Would love to see as many as possible there.

Table booked for 6.30pm to seat 15 people. I have 10 definates so if you wish to come let me know so that I can either leave the booking as is (as long as we dont go over the 15) or we can add to the numbers.
A great night had by all that attended last night.
Chad was busy behind the bar serving drinks. Tredders came over and had a long chat to us. Was explaining to us all the ups and downs of the other AFL team's. Also discussed the in's and out's of this weeks team.
He also advised us that he will definatley be playing this week and beyond.

Sorry didnt make it along ladies and gents. Although the Hyde park is almost a stones throw aay i couldnt bring myself to it after Arsenal's shattering loss earlier in the day.. Im sure tredders would have been equally disappointed. Hopefully the power get up on Sunday to reverse my fortunes.....

Tredders was up for a chat which was great. Good on him for coming over when he saw some of the Port gear people had on. He didn't say anything that would make the headlines about Port but still some interesting stuff. We had our own little 'Talking Footy' going for about 15min.

It was good to meet Macca19 and Mistaken_Identity1980 for the first time.
I really think we should make the effort to do it more often.

Yes completely agree with you there Shane. We should try to make it a regular thing getting together with other posters from Big Footy.
Met Macca19 at the Magpies v Roosters game but didnt really have much of a chance to chat. Mistaken_Identity is a lovely person and has been welcomed into our family of Power supporters. So last night was a great chance to get to know them both a lot better.
Have now got to meet the three mods from this board and all are quite nice. (dont want them having too bigger heads from too much praise) :D

It was great to see everyone again and meet a few nice faces. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!
Happy 20th Birthday Troy (for today).
I was lucky enough to see most of the players again today (at West Lakes Westfield)... there was Choco, Primus, Tredrea, Chad, Peter B, Dom C, Troy, Ebert, Salopek, Deluca, Wakelin, and Bishop... mmmm so nice to look at!
I wonder what they were up to!
Looking forward to Sunday's game!
