MGS over the line by 2 goals 68-56 or something, MGS should have won by more. Also interesting to see the Scotch 1st XVIII coach at the ground, obvisouly rates MGS a little higher than some of the supposed "experts" on this forum. Anyway
Geelong College easily accounted for St Kevins by around 40 points

Xavier beat Geelong Grammar by 35 points (72 to 37) in what was a very gutsy effort by the geelong boys given the dissapointment of the past two rounds. they won the 1st and 3rd quarters and were down by only 15 points at the last change with the scoreboard clearly not reflecting the intensity of the game.
Carey defeated wesley by 3 goals on a shocking oval even after wasting opportunities in the final quarter. Wesley were dirty from the start and Schwab's tactics were shonky, even his behind the play hits didnt help them.
bit of confidence for the geelong grammar boys to hold on to xavier till the 4th quarter. should be a game next week v wesley
any major injuries for any sides???
would the larder look similar to this?
HC 3-0
SC 2-0
CG 2-1
GC 2-1
MG 2-1
XC 2-1
WC 1-2
Caul 1-2
BGS 2-0

BGS, SKC and GGS would probably be 0-3, not 3-0.
Haileybury's percentage would be massive.

GC % would be big too with a 40 something point win and 93pt win and only losing by 2 goals to MGS

Rates MGS or rates Caulfied, either way, i doubt he'd be concerned about these 2 teams come finals time as both look doubtful to be there.
Did you play dutchy?

What teams should make finals?
Haileybury, Scotch
And any 2 of: Xavier, BGS, Geelong College, Wesley, Carey, Geelong Grammar, MGS, Caulfield and St Kevins.
there's no percentage :D:D:D:D:D:Ds
There is percentage this year. Otherwise there would be no way of determining the final four, with the grading sytem and all. At the end of the year it will come down to percentage........
Hail, Scotch, MGS and Geelong college should be the final four.

WHo cares how much they lost by!... they are clearly the worst team in the APS. they have no good players!

BGSv Haileybury 14-22-106 to 5-1-31
Haileybury won very easy with 4-5 players out as well
hail, geelong college, scotch and MGS will make APS finals. i would have said Xavier but after their performance against geelong grammer i think it shows that they will just miss out on finals football this year
can anyone shed light on any MGS injuries recieved last round. I saw one bloke go off in a pretty bad way. Thanks...

i think the top 4 will be MGS, hailegury, scotch and caulfield. Caulfield should beat geelong collegue becasue they lost both lost to melbourne grammar by the same margin but caulfield had more scoring shots and shoul dof won and also had a few keys players out.
