OK, a bit of light hearted relief before we all get stuck into our season-defining weekend coming up.
I don't know about you but when I turned up at work this morning it seemed there were a number of previously-hidden doggies fans ready to drop sh*t from a great height. Add to those the smug murmerings of the cows bandwagoners around me and it can get tough.
What's the best comeback you've used to silence the mudslingers on a Monday morning?? I might need it soon :o

Yeh tough morning especially with our cross town neighbours looking simply awesome... O well thats life i guess... Im always one to talk us up so i cop alot and cop it on the chin !!

I don't know some clown at work told me that Port would get the wooden spoon so instead of any smart comments i just opened my wallet & put $800 on the table & asked him if he was willing to cover it.... he didn't :D thank god :o
Just smile & don't say anything as what comes around eventually goes around.

FWIW, you guys wont finish last. you have shown you can play good footy. i watched the game against the saints, where you were very good. if you could play like that more often, you would be a chance for the 8

Port are terrible but if you look at Carlton and Essendon they are much worse, you wont finish bottom unfortunately.

Well one of the blokes I work with is a Freo supporter, so all it takes for him to shut up is "You've played in and lost as many finals as we've won Grand Finals" or along those lines.
Crows supporters, just go along the lines of 'not to worry its the crows turn to choke this year' or
'how does it feel to know that McLeod, Goodwin and/or Riccitio won't be playing for you next year' *Used this one when the questions were being raised over McLeod etc. One Year Contracts and them wanting longer ones. Gave me a good coupla weeks of sledging at work!
