What has Roos been doing with Goodes this year?

We match up well with your forwards - Harris/Hall, Hargrave/O'Laughlin, Morris/O'Keefe - have enough pace to worry your midfield and have enough forward options that we can afford to drag Barry and Kennelly away from the ball.

Goodes is the one bloke we can't cover.

In the past two weeks - well, anywhere Goodes feels like going, really. Wandering with impunity, strolling casually into greatness.

But I don't think Goodes will dominate this week as he has in the past two. The midfield slog outs, with Kirk, J. Bolton and Crouch, are where we (I hope!) will win it. Can't give those Doggies much room to move. Look what happens what other teams slackly mark up on them!

Goodes has been playing mainly on the wing. He probably will struggle with the speed of the doggies though.

this year roos has given goodes a license to do as he pleases and roam around where he wants. has been playing on ball alot, down forward at times and when our defence is under pressuer will drop back. the small scg wont do much for goodes who like to get out in space.
