Best to ring up any locations you're thinking of going to to see if they have it. That being said, i was listening to the boxing show on SEN last night here in Melbourne, they said that pretty much every place that has foxtel showing on their screens have paid to get the fight. So there should be a number of places to choose from to see it, not sure about sound though.
Contact beforehand though

I'm pretty sure Irene's tavern in East Vic Park has it showing free. Not 100% sure though
