I was unable to attend last weeks game, but those lucky few who got out there early enough to see the Cubs, what's Jed's progress? I've heard around the traps that he played about 15mins each quarter, but is he likely to get a game this week?

I think we've missed his run and tackling pressure out of the back line. What are your thoughts?

Spoke to him a few days ago...
Said:
*Had plenty left in the tank following the match.
*Could have played a lot longer against the Sharks.
*Doubts he could play the full four quarters at this stage against Port but thinks he could play about three quarters.
*Has put his hand up and said he is in the mix.
*Said the quad pulled up really well after the match.
*Really wants to play because the ressies aren't playing this week.

I think he'll be picked.

He showed last year, that he comes back from injury pretty well and tends to play "above his fitness" if that makes any sense.

I'd love to give him another week, but I think the week off will do him no favours.

Play him. He'd be a good match-up for one of Port's forward/midfielders. Fitness is not a concern as 3 quarters is standard output for a lot of players. So unless there's a risk of re-injury, then he should play.

id love to see him back, obviously top 3 in the B&F last year he really impressed as a great small defender: consistent and very composed under pressure.
