Last week many didn't :(

let's hope more get there this week and cheer loud for Port!

Go Power!

Sunday's game starts 12.40 pm so get in ya seat before then (esp if ya sit in my row - hate people wandering in during the 1st quater  )

... or earlier if you're going to the bbq! :thumbsu:

10 minutes into the first quarter seems to be popular.

As much as i hate getting there 15 minutes before the game, only to have to wait 'til the start of the second quarter to get in?

Seriously, i've seen corpses move faster than the footy park ticketers.

Thats the beauty of season tickets. You skip that bit.

We all try to get there at least 15 minutes before the game. Gives us time to say HELLO before it starts.

Plus the club gets all the money from the season tickets :thumbsu:

These early starts are a real pain in the arse for those of us who like to enjoy the Southern lifestyle, i e a lazy Sunday morning with bacon and eggs on the bbq near the sea. Makes everything too much of a rush.

I had a season ticket last year, i'll be lucky to get to two games this year.

12.40 starts kill you, so early.

We would all have times we prefer, Saturday night= most convenience for myself. Going out and having a big one saturday night and pulling up for the game sunday is a pretty big battle.

Wheras Saturday nights you can go to the game and then kick on in town after the game.

it also makes it hard for those who go out on the terps on saturday nights. I tell you what it was a struggle to get up but I managed

I generally aim for about 15 mins before the first bounce. Season tickets make it heaps easier.

45 minutes to an hour before the match.

Hi Mistaken Identity (or Gianna). We have known each other, if you remember.

It is good to see that you are going to the matches now. At the moment, Port clearly need all the support they can get. I like to get to the matches a good hour before the first bounce, settle in, and hopefully enjoy Port having a victory. I am not a fan of the Sunday 12 40 matches, as they really take up your whole day.

Lets hope Port put in a better performance than last week. However, that couldn't be too difficult. With Motlop out though, at least our team might give the impression that they actually care and are trying.

We leave home about two days before kickoff (you never know where these cheap flights will send your luggage ;))

Seriously, we buy our tickets on the internet to be sure of a good possie (perhaps not such an issue in these performance-challenged times) and i've noticed this seems to add 5 or 6 dollars to the price. Surely this actually SAVES money for the ticketer, and it must be a disincentive to many. I have wondered why so many people buy at the gate - perhaps this is it.
