Just got back from Carey Bulleen.
Saw Scotch demolish a hapless Carey approx. 100-26.
Rioli, Scheetz, Mead, Sherwen (6 goals) all dominating.
Scotch were just in cruise control and did as they pleased.
Geelong College defeated Brighton Grammar by about 90-100 points.
Not sure why Brighton bothered coming down, they showed no spirit all day

A bit of a farce this private school footy thing isnt it when games are being decided by margins of 80 points +?

wouldn't say that
last night AGSV round four,Trinity came back from 21 points down against Marcellin at 3/4 time to win by 15 points in one of the best wins i'd been a part of
Hail def Caulf by 75 points... there abouts anyway. May sound stupid but they were not the force that i expected them to be. A lot of pretty boys i saw for Hail, thinking that thier sh1t doesnt stink

Haileybury 111 thrashed Caulfield 45 the game was over in the first quarter as the bloods kicked 7 goals to 3 points
Then the coach moved the players around to give everyone a run
In the end an easy win but again Haileybury didn’t kick well
great to see all the year 10 players go so well

You obviously play for haileybury mate. It makes a mokery of the aps football system when a school like yours has to buy a football team to maintain sporting prowess. At least every other side in this competition has a red hot go with the players that are at their disposal through regular fee paying students. When a side like Haileybury walks on the field, they don't deserve any respect as buying players to win football games is just a joke!!
Does anyone know the other games results?

not particularly footyman. 2 boys nearly taken to hospital could've seriosuly been injured as a result of reckless head high bumps after the player had disposed of the ball.
Apparantly they had intimidate on their team board before they wen tout and played carey today. Well, intimidation u say? Should've had cowardice acts instead. Again, their time will come when haileybury come around.
R u guys serious, Haileybury absolutely destroyed a hapless Caulfield by 13 goals, the coach decided to change the team around after quarter time to give everyone a go and see how they play in different positions, this was because at quarter time it was Haileybury 7.3.45 to Caulfield 0.3.3. I would say that after quarter time they were in cruise control and just doing as they please, players playing in the backline for Haileybury could have just walked off the ground as the ball was never going down there.
Scotch Vs Haileybury is about 6 weeks away and will be Haileyburys only contest where they might have to actually get out of 3rd gear and maybe start trying!!!!!!

I heard that Carey were weak and soft, and that Scotch did intimidated them because of their hardness at the footy and their aggressive tackling. In the last quarter Carey were dropping like flies after every contest. Whoever Carey play next week has a massive advantage.
Wesley beat Geelong Grammar by 15 goals. Didn't see the game myself though.

They werent even free kicks mate. The carey boys didnt even get into the scotch guys afterwards so obviously they werent spitefull intances Just hard aggressive brand of footy. Was great to watch.
Also enjoyed watchin Junior Rioli cause 2 carey boys to trip over their own feet trying to tackle him. I dont think that was a "reckless hear high bump" Johnson thou it probally hurt careys pride a much as one.
johnson 26 u have no idea wat u r talking about u f**in idiot. carey r the smallest, softest, cheapest passengers in the APS. they are the ones that play like dogs, always go for cheap shots and start fights then just get hammered by intimidating sides and are cowardly in their response.
Carey is the softest and most cowardly team by a long way. why start fights when you are 80 pts down 2 start with? simple.. biggest di***eads in the comp. they are wannabe footballers
