For anyone going to the state game on Friday, Aidan Parker has been named in the WAFL squad. I'll be interested to see how he goes and how he's progressed since we cut him loose.

That WA squad is pretty bloody strong. There are some really good players there and I wouldn't be surprised if they beat us.

based on what? that no club in the league was interested in him?
including the club he trained with for 2 years...
Stevens was not only drafted, he played, and then was traded to another club who thought he was good enough. Stevens is not nearly as bad as some people make him out to be.

as a player listed with 2 clubs, played games, and got a rising star award - I think that out ranks someone who never made a senior list. don't you?

Went to the Subi ball on Saturday night where Parkesy was the MC, he is one funny bloke. Great to have round the club.

Aidan is lovely - I met him on quite a few occasions when he was at Adelaide... but that unfortunately doesn't make anybody a good footballer.

His stories about Fryzie are fu^&in classic. He's shown he is a good footballer this season that's for sure.
