For something completely different, I wish to give a big applause to Channel 10 for having Ian Shuttleworth doing the AFL reports. Very balanced. Very professional. Any thoughts?

Don't mind Shuttleworth - but TV footy reporters are rarely required to inject much opinion into a story. They pretty much just seem to report the facts most of the time. There's no real scope on a news service for more in-depth analysis. I can't think of too many occasions where a footy report on TV news has been controversial or raised the ire of supporters.

There's no real scope on a news service for more in-depth analysis. I can't think of too many occasions where a footy report on TV news has been controversial or raised the ire of supporters.

Passamore do you actually ever comment on a game or piece of play or player?

Honestly don't remember you doing so and makes me kinda curious as to why you keep posting on the Adelaide board if you never talk about the team?
