Bomber will coach Heights next year if he wants the job.

Bomber will never leave Heights, ever coach or not. Thus would never look at another club.

Bomber treats the reserves extremely well better than any senior coach I have been involved with, feel free to comment Typewriter or Kaz Wilson.
Reserves and seniors all train together, he teaches reserves improvements to their game all the time, players are encouraged to play seniors, players are pushed up and down all the time, he rings injured reserves on Monday out of respect and is friends with most.

There is one white ant hopefully soon to be gone.

The feeling at Heights tonight at training was superb best described as electric. Everyone is raring to go and all are not happy just making the grand final. Go Dragons should be a ripper.

Was a ripper bump all at Heights agree hard but fair. I think he will get up and play, everyone is right for a grand final but to the sides detriment sometimes as they hide it so they don't miss out.

Dont want to cover old ground but I think it shows the gap between the 2 divisions if scratcher has been invited to presentation night.
Dont get me wrong firstly I havent seen a divvy 2 game this year & scratcher has been a legend firstly at West Newport, then Spotty & is a great bloke but I believe went to Nth Footscray partially due to work, age & injuries making it hard to hold a spot in Spotty seniors.
Personally I hope he wins it.

The Grand Final is the game of the year - where some realize their dreams and others have their hearts broken and souls destroyed. It's the game that is written into the history books and the one that is remembered long after the final siren......by the winning team & supporters.

For my perspective on the other side of the fence - I hope Sunday's game is red hot and both teams go out hard to nail their opponent and give the crowd a good old fashion contest that resembles a tribal war.

ive got a couple of comments
1) how can wests go undefeated and only have 2 in there i think laney even though hes had better years kicked 90 odd goals stone didnt get close to that did he? and wot about louie?
2)how can greto win the goalkicking and not be the starting ff?
3) mallia should be the starting onballer with ziggy i could understnad hb but back pocket wot a waiste.

a few people should take note of Div 1 threads by Rock - he talks up his side without neccesarily disrespecting or giving his opponents any ammunition.

The 2 best sides in Division 2 have made it through to the main dance - good luck to them both ....... I gotta a feeling the side that does win will be the side that respects their opponents more........after all anybody can run off at the mouth....actions speak louder.

Yeah ....well done to West Footscray for their win. What a shame that club has some really ferrell supporters. The coat hanger in the first two minutes was a bit rude. He should have been sent straight off and the game gone on with - which wouldn't allow for other things to happen, as they did. You never know what would of happened otherwise...

However, I think Sunshine Heights need to be commended for their effort this year in finishing where they did - especially due to the fact that no-one gets paid at that club. Making second is a great achievement - when they play for the love of it not the money. They have some great talent (young, fit, hard players) down there and you know what they say 'they are only going to get better'. Well done to the coaching staff too 'Bomber' and 'Grima' - a wonderful job. Well done Dragons!

You idiot. There was no close line – an attempted spoil, which the umpire paid 50 for (confusing as a mark needs to be taken before 50 can be paid). West got on with the job before ‘the hardest man in 2nd division’ decided to come in and belt a West player from behind (sorry Heights people, but that was the umpires own words). Then idiot decided to get involved. Result - 2 send offs from each side.

Two 38 year olds who did bugger all for West, but still got the result.

Congratulations West Footscray on winning the premiership and well done to Bones. Well played Ziggy and McGhie who had a great battle with Robbo. Westo wasn't up to the task anyway he came home from work Saturday morning throwing up. Ziggy does like the crowd looking at him but so what really the guys a gun. The difference in the sides is West took their chances when they presented as they always do we didn't and discipline. Good luck next year in A1's.

We fell short to a better side overall but will be better for the experience of playing 4 finals including a grand final and with everyone sticking together except maybe one or two the side will be up there again next year hopefully with a better result.

Gee Kaz that was a very short report, surely there was more than just the mcghie/robbo's match up (assuming he wears 37), i think his head must have still been rattling from the bump he recieved in the 2nd semi!!

Good to see both coaches allow ziggy and mallia to run with each other, mallia needs a big season and lifted work ethic, as he was out classed by ziggy on the weekend.

You idiot. There was no close line – an attempted spoil, which the umpire paid 50 for (confusing as a mark needs to be taken before 50 can be paid). West got on with the job before ‘the hardest man in 2nd division’ decided to come in and belt a West player from behind (sorry Heights people, but that was the umpires own words). I wouldn't call playing a game on one leg taking someone's spot in the side a great way to go out. I would call it selfish because if there were players lost during the game he could have cost his team and the club a premiership. Also wouldn't call it a great career, in the A2's maybe but someone that has played one game in the A1's has had a better career because he has played at a higher level not just stayed in A2's.

And Easy Champ Bomber would rather p i s s his pants than even pull the car over to have a p i s s in Rockbank let alone coach them. all at heights should be there next year except maybe one or two from the seniors and at least one from the reserves. don' think it may be a walk out at west just that inella, lane, mj, dasha, geddes, oldfield couldn't play a1' seniors so you are replacing at least six to start with. they may well play reserves in a1's .

yes have herd the same thing........im from deer park......mark mcgoldrick our former div 1 premiership coach will be the new president..$$$$$...unless there is a challenge......i wouldnt think so.........coach i herd is going to be jamie madigan with former hoppers/albion player michael ionades to be assistant coach....also have herd of 3 retirements and a few boys going back to lakes.........along with that 5 players trying out with a grade clubs in the edfl........new clubrooms started already as well as a new name for our ground............C.J.MCLEOD RESERVE........new lights/serface for our ground which we are much in need of.......all in all plenty of jnrs coming through the ranks to lift the club into the a grade within 4 years and beyond......................
