Blah. They should be swapped immediately!
What have Regurgitator done the past couple of years apart from live up to their name?

Remember to ask Burger for a rousing rendition of the Essendon theme song.;)
Not going to BDO this year - not really much of interest I'm afraid...

A shame burger left the band a while ago.
Why the hell are Prodigy headlining. Sure in 1998 they were big but have done nothing since. Silverchair should be headlining even though there not international.

It's probably the most big name bands I've seen on a BDO program, but there's nothing I like either. :(

That's news - didn't know.
I haven't seen them for a couple of years actually, and they've become to 'pop' for my taste, but I met them a few years ago - he was a funny guy.;)

Ha most big names...no way. The year they had Courtney, Marilyn Manson, Korn and all them on together even Nine Inch Nails that year too wasn't it? That woulda been the biggest year. Only one worth goin for this year is SILVERCHAIR but bugger it i am not gettin raped by non players in the mosh pit so hopefully they will just have a concert some other time or somethin!

That was the one year I didn't go. The show was full of manufactured 'musicians'...............absolutely pathetic lineup.
The year the Chilli Peppers and Foo fighters came wasnt too bad as long with 92, the year of Nirvana (wasnt there  )
Im not gonna pay $105 to see a crappy techno-alternative band headline along with New Order and Garbage as 3 of the last 4 bands play. Although i like The Chair and SOAD i'd rather wait and see them in independent shows.

True, the line up isn't as good as it could or should be, but I've never been, so I'll be going on Monday.
I have worked out who'll I'll be seeing already...
Superheist
Amen
Eskimo Joe
Machine Gun Fellatio
Something For Kate
Grinspoon
System Of A Down
Regurgitator
Garbage
White Stripes
John Butler Trio
Prodigy
The Hitman

I've never been before but I'm going on Monday, only to see two of my fave bands in silverchair and Something For Kate. I'll check out a few others though (Grinspoon and Regurgitator will no doubt be amongst them).
I can understand where people are coming from with the cost and lack of headline acts however I think it'll be worth it, seeing as I'm a big fan of the two bands i just mentioned.

nah Nine Inch Nails was the year after. 1999 had Korn, Manson, Hole, Soulfly, Living End, Superjesus, Fatboy Slim, DeeJayPunkRoc, Ash, Jebediah
2000 had Nine Inch Nails, Foo Fighters, Chemical Brothers, Grinspoon, Blink 182, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Hellacopters, Jebediah, Spiderbait
2001 had Carl Cox, Sonic Animation, Mudvayne, Rammstein, Powderfinger, 28 Days, Coldplay, Placebo, 28 Days, Sunk Loto
i quite like this years lineup. Its a lot less whiny compared to last year. I love Amen, I love Grinspoon, I love System Of A Down, I love Dave Clarke, I love Prodigy, i dont mind basement jaxx or crystal method either.....so im looking forward to it.

Nic dude. My bro is pretty good mates with Frankenbok and i've seen them once. There remake of Madison Avenues 'Dont call me baby' kicks ass. There playing pretty early on on Monday so show ur support for this Melbourne band, it will be worth the look and they were recently signed on Roadrunner Records.

Not going to the BDO, I saw them last month when they were supporting Fear Factory and they put on a really good short set. Its good how they don't take themselves too seriously and have a lot of fun on stage.
