Just thought I'd shift the focus to the pinnacle of the footy season..... The Footy Trip.
Where are clubs heading this year and is anyone going anywhere different?

Heading to Sydney. I hear Coogee Bay Hotel is again taking Footy Trips. Anyone know of any other accomodation in the Coogee area? We are wanting to head up AFL G.F weekend but the Coogee Bay Hotel can't take footy trips that weekend already booked out because long weekend in Sydney.

Colts are off to Goldie and then to Fishermans Wharf for Sunday sippers(big day Fishos), going from Thursday to Tuesday(then divourced Wendnsday.
Went to Coogee a few years ago good but not a good footy trip place, mate pulled a glam in the nightclub, got her home and it was yuk and then she stalked him for the rest of the trip(very funny), thats the only good memory from the joint

KingRich Coogee Bay is in Sydney. I'm from Tyntynder Football Club we went to Adelaide last year one of the best trips I've been on, it's a good place Adelaide not to big and group can generally stick together unless they want to go off and chase stray cats.
WRFLfan we like Coogee cause it has everything in one place. Nightclub, bars, music, TAB as well as great beer garden for the Sunday session. To convenient Coogee we also had an interesting time there, but I won't delve into details might incriminate someone.

Coogee does have everything there but Adelaide is heaps better if you wanted to stay in one place you may as well go to the local pub and rent rooms, you want to get out go different places Sydney is a beautiful place but not for us rough footballers its too poshie

heard the murrabit boys are heading to daylesford to look for some new kinky boyfriends to play with... good luck too them, i hope there bus crashes!

Rupertswood fc on a footy trip is a sight everyone must see im told!!!
Friends from redland bombers in the aflq used to play at rupo, and their trips were held at the same time, at the same place. Coogee Bay.
40 animals from sunbury turning joints upside down, no girl was safe, and no club wouldn't accept them for more than an hour. A few of the qld boys ended up hanging out with the rupo boys and in their opinion had the best trip eva causing a bit of chaos.
If im correct didnt the sunbury kangaroos got a bus to adelaide with about 10 blokes?? Rockbank caravan park for you buddy!
