This is my theory anyway. Carlton have so much raw talent that when they walk out on the field they are in a state of shock at fielding so much talent and opposition having little they cant stop basking in there own raw talent long enough to win games of football. They get the ball, they dont know which raw talent to kick it too first, they know that whether it br 5-1 or 1-1 there raw talent will ensure they get the ball at all occassions, in the end of the day they cant decide which exciting raw talent to kick the ball too and just end up kicking it in the middle. When the ball is down at the pack they choose to watch just incase they get in the way of there exciting raw talent going for the ball, with that much raw talent time is wasted sitting on the ground they shud be using there raw talent and parking themselves near the umpires so they can rake in the Brownlow votes. Pagan is in a mental breakdown, so much raw talent everywhere he cant harness so much raw talent at once its too much for one man to handle, with so much raw talent you need a team of supercoaches working together 24 hours a day to combine the raw talent of all the talented blues into one working raw talent unit. Maybe its time for Pagan to trade off some of the raw talent, its clear the team at the moment has too much raw talent and wont be able to win flags until they offload some of there raw talent and get in some recycled hacks from ordinary football teams like Eagles and Collingwood. If Carlton can harness there raw talent they could become a sporting superpower and the most talented talents to ever play in a single team of talent.

It's amazing. The most talented football team we have ever seen is languishing at the bottom of the ladder and destined for its third wooden spoon in four years. What is going on in blue land? Is it the rain, injuries? What? Someone please explain! I have never seen a team with so much raw talent in my entire life, Carlton supporters must be rapt that they are so talented.

Interesting times ahead...

too much talent to handle, they dont know what to do.
Much like Roger Federer when he was younger, so much talent, so many shots just didnt know when to use them. Thats Carlton
definatly intersting times ahead

destined for its third wooden spoon in four years.
Last in 2002 & 2005. Not last in 2003 & 2004. Run your statement by me again? (Hint - if stirring the pot, at least get your facts straight  ).

It is a problem that we are overwhelmed with such raw talent, agreed. :D :D

they are extremely talented. All they need is Van Berlo on their side and they'd be a premiership chance

Yep have to agree with you there, they would be right up near or even on top of the ladder by now if they had that GUN of a player Van Berlo!

Disagree - not a chance or even a certainty.

The season would simply be stopped when Van Berlo announced that he had joined that talented team of youngsters.

The 2006 Cup would be handed over to Van Berlo (who would obviously be captain of the talented Blues) on the Footy Show that Friday night.

Too much talent was Phil Tuffnell's biggest problem.

You can replace Carlton with Kangaroos and raw talent with spirit. :)

Actually - the issue happens to be money.

Carlton are so loaded with raw talent that they're worried that should they ever play to anywhere near their full potential, in the club's current financial state, they won't be able to afford such superstars as Kade Simpson, Andrew Walker, Brad Fisher and Jason Saddington.

Hence the reason why they actually don't win very many games of football.

Loaded with something that isnt raw Talent anyway.
