What's going on?

I started a thread with the votes against Carlton yesterday. I come back today and the thread and my post have dissapeared.

There is now another thread with the votes, but mine are not there.

I can understand that 2 threads started at about the same time can be amalgamated, but why has it been deleted?

Would someone please explain.
