Take that all of you tossas who talked so much sh*T before the match on this board about how you were gonna crush us today, well we just handed your own ass to you. Your mob is an absolute joke, your a bunch of pretenders with no heart. When it gets hard and tough you go and hide and blame it on injuries. Your midfield is slow and have half the skill that ours have and your forwards are nuthing but front runners. Sit down and have a look at yourself. Pathetic.

Melbourne would give anything to be in third spot with 8 wins, and I'll remember this post when Melbourne's wheels fall off in August/September as they do every year.
Collingwood will finish higher than Melbourne this year.

Are you sure? you might be high on the ladder, but melb is not far behind and seems to be slightly better. It shall be interesting how the ladder ends up. Anyway good luck to both clubs:)

They have a right to troll after a great win they had today. It was good, because it shows where we are at depth wise, and what we may have to expect.
As Pies fans we have to take it on the chin. They can make idiots of themselves because nothing should be stopping them, they won, we lost, simple.

As a Melbourne supporter I don't like these comments, even though we did win well today. Collingwood have been on fire this year and this was just a down day for them, they will figure prominately in the finals.
Last year we flogged the Pies then went on to lose 7 straight!
It would take hours to compile a list of the stupid posts ignorant(ie never seen Melbourne play this year) Pies fans made through the week about how they were going to thump the rubbish Dees. Melbourne fans on the otherhand mostly kept quiet, although many were confident of a win.
I think the right to rub it in your face a little has been well and truly earnt.

Sure, give it to those ignorant fans if it's what they deserve... but don't generalise 'cause those ignorant few don't make up the majority of us. I know I for one was not confident of a good show today.
The Dee's did have a good one though... did everything right and we did everything wrong. You should be proud of the good win, I would be.
