Australia have been given 49 overs to reach the NZ target, due to them not bowling the 50 overs in the amount of time that the overs needed to be bowled in.

No doubt that NZ also have to bowl their 50 overs within a certain amount of time. What happens if the NZ side bowl their 50 overs after the time limit that they have to bowl their 50 overs?

On Tuesday the Kiwi's were suppose to have bowled their overs by 5.45pm,yet finished at about 5.58pm.What penalty did they get ? -NOTHING.

I think the team that bowls second only gets a fine which really doesn't mean much as the cricket association probably just pays for it.

Same happened to Aussies in the first match.

I think the match referee has given everyone one games' grace and will penalise from now on.
