Actually Ivo Crapp had a very colourful career and I believe is in the hall of fame, and the fans didn't have to invent a nickname for him.
I know we all like to give our current players grief for kicking points, but geez you look at those scorelines! And that's without floods and the tendancy to rush behinds as much as these days.

It was a much different game those days. Mark, and kick to position and relatively few goals scored.
