5- Josh mahoney (those two set shots were special)
4- Daniel Motlop (chased hard all day and provided the only option)
3- Shaun Burgoyne (showed some typical class but got caught a couple of times)
2- Adam Thompson (looks a player, but may have have given him even more credit for kane cornes possies!)
1- Brad Symes (mopped up well in the backline, but Yze had a field day)

5. Motlop - Maybe its because I didnt think he had it in him so it suprised me, but he was great today. His movement off the ball was fantastic.
4. Mahoney - Presented well, great kicking. Good game.
3. S Burgoyne - If he didnt get caught 5 times and 1 shocking turn over he wouldve been Ports BOG, again. Still a good game.
2. Dew - Best game for a while. Ran and tackled hard. Kicked some good goals. Field kicking great as usual.
1. Surjan - Killed Davey. Layed some strong tackles. I am definetely a fan.
Unlucky - Thomson, K Cornes, Symes and Chappy

I think you'll find his family had more to do with it........

Does Motlop train at Alberton or Prospect? I'm guessing the former. He does get some valuable game time in the two's though when he's not playing in the AFL.

They're usually released late in the week for one training session with their SANFL club if they're not playing AFL. Would assume that goes for Motlop too.

5. Mahoney ... a 4 quarter effort
4. Shaun B ....
3. Thomson .... a quality midfielder in the making & was one of the few that stepped up today especially in the 3rd quarter, still would benefit from even more gametime.
2. Motlop ....
1. Chaplin .... made a few errors but still i thought he beat his opponent today & with the amount of quality ball going into the F50 that's saying something.
