Can any Saints fans tell me about Chris Hollow who played for the Saints in the mid 90s? What was he like as a player? I'm asking because I've met the man a few times and he is a top bloke.
Cheers.

Workmanlike, nothing flash- I remember him playing a few good games at half back....seems like a decent guy, read a couple of articles that he wrote in Inside Football & he seems to write fairly balanced articles.
I guess he played around....hmm 1993-1995.....played 24 games I think.

Thanks Savatage.
I enjoy his writing in Inside Football-his description of Mal Michael as looking like an extra from an Elvis film set in Hawaii cracked me up.
Chris also plays bass in a local band called the Sand Pebbles. If you like bands like Died Pretty, the Byrds, Dream Syndicate then they are definitely worth checking out.

He played for Port Melbourne in the VFL after playing for us I think. Or am I thinking of another former saints player?
Anyway I'll just pretend that I was going to say the same thing that Savatage said because I really can't remember too much about him at all. ;)

Spot on Sainter.
I think he may have even been captain at Port Melbourne.
P.S. Still have to organise our kick-ass indoor footy team

Sainter was correct, he was definitely at Port Melbourne & represented Vic vs SA on a couple of occasions.
Rusty: keep me posted on the indoor footy team, as long as it's reasonably accessible to me then I'll be in...any more details about this?

Savatage,
Sainter and myself discussed the possibility of putting together an indoor footy team at the Big Footy Match. We were looking for somewhere 'central' to play. If you've got any ideas on where we can play let us know.

I really don't- but please keep me posted, it's a brilliant idea.

Sorry Rusty, I've been a little busy and haven't been able to look into the Indoor Footy over the past few weeks. I don't have too much on until the start of uni now so I'll make a few enquiries.
Hmmmm, if Savatage plays it will be the battle of the Milne vs Wulf fanatics. This could get dangerous! (Particularly if the #15 fanatic plays as well  )

I'm gonna start hitting the weights hardcore then so I can belt through the opposition #15 style of course.
PS. Daniel Wulf is a ****ING gun!
