Was that before of after you soiled your self and hurled it at them?
Is it worse than the one where Homer is the planner of all those NFL half-time shows, an episode purely created to promote the Super Bowl full of NFL guest stars?

It really was appalling. Nearly worse than the one last week. And the week before.
In recent times, the Simpsons seem to be losing its magic touch. The episode last night wasn't remotely funny and The Wegde isn't any better. Bring back Fururama!

Thought last week's was worse, actually. Much worse. Any episode with singing in it causes me to lose interest very quickly.
I still think seasons 11-12 were worse.

True (except the Maison D'Erierre)
The Burns becoming poor and the Moe/Edna thing last night annoyed me. Made no sense (i know it was just Barts story, but still  )

No not worst ever just extremely mediocre and forgettable.
Worst ever for me was all singing all dancing from 1997 , the one where the show is a musical clip slow.

That magic touch you write of went out the window years and years ago, sadly.

Do you people watch it for light hearted entertainment or a serious plot that makes sense?
I didn't mind it, not one of my favourites but no episode seems a lot worse than any other when you watch them for what they are and don't try toread to much into them, they are not trying to make them all masterpieces.
