Hi all,
I've just resigned as a BigFooty Mod.
I've enjoyed my time here working with the Dogs Mods trying to make this Board better and more interesting. I'm particularly proud of pioneering the Face-off threads which are now well handled by Borgsta.
The Dogs Board is now widely regarded as one of the best club boards.
Some of you may know that I am or was a Super Mod ranging over several Boards and I've simply had enough of sorting out bad folk and I wasn't enjoying BigFooty anymore - so my time has come to be just a simple BigFooty user again. Hopefully Admin will process the paperwork tomorrow.
I'm sure this Board will continue to be in good hands with Oldschool, Aquamarinejewel and Borgsta.

Agree wholeheartedly with Skip. One of, if not the best Mod gone.

So long as you are still a regular poster around here all is well. You were a damn fine Mod though.

We will miss you, and your work ethic, as a moderator.
At least we will still have your contributions as a poster.
Your contribution has been invaluable, BF has been improved by your presence and efforts and I can only hope that we can continue to live up to the standards you help set.
DR's discharge papers have now been fully processed.
It is always a jolt when a top moderator calls it a day. Dave you put in the hard work and if every mod spent as much time as you did we'd probably have to start a couple of new forums just to give everyone something to do!
Thanks, and the door is always open if you decide to return to the job in the future.

David, thanks for all you've done . Being a mod is a great commitment and you have really made a major contribution to the progress of this board, along with the sponsorship of players etc and the moving of the board closer to the mainstream of club activities the regular and reasonable inter board debates has been a major and continuing matter of which you must feel great pride, but this ain't no funeral.
I can't imagine we'll be able to keep you down, you'll just keep doing your thing in a new way and I for one am ready to sit back and join in when my limited talents can help to progress things.
You might have finished as a mod but we have a friendship that goes beyond football and of that I am equally proud. Strength to your arm.

I think I banned more users than all the other Mods put together in my time, so I retire as a BF ace.
