Where's our new social club?

Or should I say "when" is our new social club?

First it was March then June. Now what? I understand that things can get bogged down with council approvals etc. But a bit more communication on the matter would be nice.

(Admittedly I've got a vested interest in the club as it's mere stumbling distance from my workplace)
