How do u build a players confidence when you drop him after 2 good games.
14 touches - Carlton
11 Touches - PA

**** weak GFC

because thompson would rather play a lazy arse 'genius' instead of a hard working youngster who has been solid in his first 2 games. pretty poor really

How would you know?

Shocking choice.

Especially against the Bulldogs, you'd think they'd want more pace, but then they go and drop Pris and Tenace for Kelly and SJ!:thumbsd:

Very dissapointed that Kelly is recalled. I wanted him traded instead of moloney. Hopefully this will be his last game in the hoops. I am sick of his lack of accountability, chip kicks that get intercepted and weakness in contests.

Last game in the hoops? Come on.

Kelly has been down on form like half the side has this season.
We all know what he is capable of. His best can be very good and I'm confident he will get his touch back.

I just looked at the In's and Out's then! WHAT IS BOMBER THINKING?????
I'm not happy AT ALL that Prizza is only an emergency. BUT maybe there is more to it, maybe he needs a rest? But if he has been dropped on form that is totally ridiculous! SJ and Kelly OMGosh KELLY WHY ARE THEY IN THE TEAM??? Seriously have they REALLY earn't their spot back??? NOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooo they havent!!!!! GRRRRRRrr

OK... I think I need to calm down a bit. AHhhhhhh it's too hard. lol

Kelly had two mediocre games in the VFL and Prissy had two "average" games by AFL standards so they put Kelly in...wtf? Why do we need a show pony over a hard working youngster when we are trying to make the finals and cant lose a game like this.

The thing that ****ed me off most is the way prissa uses the ball. He is magnificent with his disposal. Something we have lacked this year

Whilst i wouldn't say his possessions reached great heights in his 2 senior games, they showed signs of intelligence. James Kelly's disposals on the contrary...

I'm pretty bewildered by the decision to include Dog and Kelly into the team, at the expense of Tenace and Prismall. Although, i'm less sympathetic with Tenace than Prismall as I feel Kane has had plenty of chances to really cement his spot in our best 22 and to be frank, he hasn't lived up to my rather lofty expectations. But Brent is just bloody unlucky. And Dog, well i caught the first half of the VFL last week, and although he tried to do the team things and looked OK, he wasn't by any stretch outstanding or physically fit. Against a running team like the Doggies, it is a folly inclusion.

Kelly could have been kept back 1 more week also, but i'm sure those txts helped his cause :thumbsd:

It could've been worse! They could've brought back Kingsley for McCarthy.

Not the first time Bomber and Co. have made bewildering decisions. Makes you wonder what is happening down at Sleepy Hollow.

I have to wonder why they brought Dog back in - just what we need, another lazy, unaccountable player against a free-running side. He'd bloody better put in the hard yards, and I have no idea if he's been doing that in the twos.

Kelly has been Geelong's best twice.

After looking at the VFL best for quite some time that doesn't mean much. ;)

Kelly has been Geelong's best twice.Really? Ok I was wrong then that was just what I heard but just remember how long it took McCarthy to get a spot in the 22.

Looks like we are just gonna have to cheer Kelly and SJ on today EVEN if we don't think they should be in the team. Hope they do well, Fingers crossed!

I wouldn't be surprised if Priz was a late inclusion. I suspect a bit of Sheedyesque mind games from Thompson.
