Just loved watching those first night games as a youngster.

Lillee to Richards...

I used to occasionally wag school to be in home by 2:20pm to watch the start especially Aust v WI.

There has been no commercial release of these games, but does anybody have any videos of these ?

I'm surprised the doco Ch. 9 did on WSC a few years back hasn't been released onto DVD at some stage. Perhaps you could ask Channel 9 whether that's going to be released or is available for purchase.

Considering the significance the whole venture has in the history and success of Ch. 9, you'd think they'd be more then willing to give the full treatment of it on a special DVD. Maybe one will come out for the 30th anniversary next year.
